The market is hitting new highs, but I would rather be selling, but I am still underinvested in the stock market.

I believe this Christmas Season should be no different than others therefore I want to get further invested.     The S and P is still is averaging under a PE of 15 so I think there is still room to grow.   Though I have to hold my nose when buying; sometimes the tops in markets are just stepping stones to other highs?    

Sold 100 Shares ADES, Bought 100 shares of BK, LEN, PHM

I will continue to trim my position in ADES as it heads towards 50.     There is good vibes with this stock and they continue to execute.    One fall and this would be over however.  

As interest rates rise bank stocks should be making more money therefore the reason to purchase BK.  

There is a housing shortage which should continue to create sales in the home building industry.   I do not see a reason these should stop growing currently even given the interest rates currently.  

Hope I am right here. 

Sold 50 shares of NUE

Though I do not know where else people are going to park money this market now seems a little on the high side.     NUE P/E ratio is also historically high.     Is there a wave of new business on the horizon to justify the high P/E ratio?    I am concerned growth may not be happening as fast as expected.

Bought 100 ADSK - Market is Going to Run Out of Bearish Ideas Soon!

I thought it was going to be important to get more invested in the market especially given there is very little opportunities on the downside.     We will see....Right?

Now What? The BOGO Wall Street Sale is over or?

October is supposed to be a historically bad month for stocks.    I wonder if this will still be the case.   Anyways it is hard to find anything wrong with the American Economy except for the American Political System.    With the debt debate essentially resolved for 3 months will stocks just glide up?

I bought some ADES today at 37.52.   I suspect focusing again on earnings will be good but perhaps even more unpredictable.   Let me know your thoughts?

So likely many opportunities to buy, but hope congress is just going to push this to the last minute.

Stocks are starting to be on sale again.    This week I have purchased EEM and CAT.     I expect the Washington DC Sale to last for a while, so I will pace my stock purchases.
